General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Interior Design & 3D Visualization

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Belavi Interior Design e. U. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), particularly interior concepts, mood boards, color and material concepts, product lists, 3D visualizations, and consulting services.

Any differing conditions of the client shall only apply if expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Services

The Contractor provides exclusively creative and aesthetic interior design services.

Depending on the selected package, services may include:

  • Development of individual room concepts

  • Color, material, and furnishing proposals

  • Mood boards and material boards

  • 3D visualizations and renderings

  • Creation of product and shopping lists

  • Stylistic and aesthetic consulting

2.2 Excluded Services

The following services are not included:

  • Architectural or structural planning

  • Technical calculations or engineering services

  • Technical execution planning (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, etc.)

  • Construction supervision or project management

  • Handyman, installation, or assembly services

  • Cost calculations related to construction work

3. Professional Designation & Limitation of Liability

3.1

The Contractor works as an interior designer.

The Contractor is not a licensed interior architect, architect, or civil engineer.

3.2

All concepts, proposals, and visualizations are intended solely for aesthetic and design purposes.

Technical, structural, or safety-related decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the client and the commissioned specialist companies.

 

3.3

The Contractor assumes no liability for:

  • technical or manual implementation by third parties

  • structural modifications

  • self-execution without professional specialists

  • deviations between visualizations and the final result

  • color deviations caused by screen displays

  • product changes or unavailability by manufacturers

4. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded once the client confirms an offer or package in writing. Confirmation by e-mail is sufficient.

The Contractor reserves the right to reject inquiries or projects without stating reasons.

5. Prices & Payment Terms

5.1

Prices are calculated either per square meter or as a fixed package price, depending on the project scope.

5.2

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon project confirmation.

The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery of the final documents unless otherwise agreed.

5.3

All documents and concepts remain the property of the Contractor until full payment has been received.

6. Client Obligations

The client is required to provide all information relevant to the project completely and accurately.

This includes in particular:

  • measurements

  • floor plans

  • photos

  • style preferences

  • wishes and requirements

Delays or additional work caused by incomplete information are not the responsibility of the Contractor.

7. Usage Rights

7.1

All created documents, concepts, renderings, mood boards, and product lists remain the intellectual property of Belavi Interior Design e. U.

7.2

The client receives a simple right of use for the personal implementation of the project.

7.3

Any transfer, reproduction, or publication of the materials without written consent of the Contractor is prohibited.

8. Product Availability & Color Deviations

8.1

All product lists contain non-binding recommendations. Permanent product availability cannot be guaranteed.

8.2

Colors, materials, and surfaces may differ depending on screen settings.

Clients are advised to physically inspect samples before placing orders.

9. Liability

9.1

The Contractor is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

9.2

No liability is assumed for:

  • technical or manual implementation by third parties

  • faulty installation work

  • delivery delays or product changes

  • incorrect orders placed by the client

  • deviations between visualizations and reality

  • missing technical or structural inspections

10. Cancellation & Withdrawal

10.1

Cancellation after project confirmation is only possible in writing.

10.2

Services already provided or work already started will be charged in full.

10.3

Once the concept or planning phase has begun, a full refund is excluded.

11. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the scope and complexity of the project.

Delays caused by missing documents or late feedback from the client will extend the delivery period accordingly.

12. Final Provisions

12.1

Any amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.

12.2

Should any provision of these GTC become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

12.3

Austrian law shall apply.

Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Contractor.
